Learning And Development Manager
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

• Trainer
• Make training concept
• Supervision all division
• TNA
• Make training modules or sylabus
• Arrange training schedule

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experiences in Learning & Development Manager, knowledge of Training, Coaching, and Employees Assessment
• Bachelor Degrees from Psychology or Management
• Good understanding of general practices, procedures, and methods of human resources system.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A team player, proactive, self motivated and dynamic
